Thank you for joining!

I am thrilled to have you join me in our
Setting Boundaries Coaching Group!

Our workshop will officially begin
July 6th, 2015.

But you can get started today! Instructions below… but first…

If you are seeing this message, you’re getting the special registration bonus!  I will be sending you (via postal mail) a set of 7 randomly chosen inspirational quotes and wisdom magnets for you to enjoy.

5 things TO DO now!

1. Join Facebook

Are you a member of Facebook?  To participate in this workshop, you need to be!  If you don’t have one, you can create a free account here.  If you don’t want people to know you are on Facebook, contact me, and we will create an anonymous solution.

Are you already on Facebook? Great! On to number 2!

2. Grab a Journal

Do you like to write?  I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I think it really helps us process some of the thoughts that can be swirling around in our brains.  Sometimes you may want to take the questions from in the group into more detail, and more privately delve into the topic.  It’s amazing what we learn when we give ourselves a little space to explore!

So you can find yourself a special journal, a writing tablet, or maybe even just a couple of Post-it notes, and jot down your thoughts.

And here are your first coaching questions!

What are 3 of your greatest strengths?
How do these strengths help you as you work to create healthy boundaries?

3. Join the Group

Because I have the settings of the Facebook group on Secret, I must send you an invitation directly to the group (it is not searchable).   I will send an email to the address you used to register for the workshop, and will do so within 24 hours of your request. If you haven’t received the email from me by then, please contact me directly!

As a very cool feature of Facebook, this group is completely private.  No one but the members of this group can see this group, see anything we write, or even see who is a member.  You may see items from the group in your main page Newsfeed, but be assured that you and other current members are the only people who can see these items.

4. Introduce Yourself

Let’s get started with knowing about each other! I already have an intro of me in the group – you know, to make it fair.  🙂 I would really love to get a sense of who you are and what you hope to gain from this workshop right away, so that I can tailor the group to suit your needs.  If I don’t know you, I can’t help you.

Come on in and tell us about who you are, tell us about your strengths, and tell us what brings you to a boundaries workshop.  I’m guessing right now that all of us there will have some similar stories to share.  Feel free to talk amongst yourselves before our official start date too!  Ask each other questions, share thoughts – it’s your space.

5. Be ready to have fun, be open, and learn!

My goal for our time together is that we have a safe sharing space, that we spend our time learning and laughing, being a little bit vulnerable, learning to trust each other and be kind to ourselves, finding kindred spirits, and reconnecting with all that is good about who we are.

But maybe that’s just me. 😉

See you on the inside!
~Christine
